At Noel Recruitment we are recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef to work in busy 4* hotel. Candidate is required to ave previous experience in 4* hotel as Sous/ Head chef. Very strong Financial experience in Gps, Budgets, Costings, labour cost. Ability to manage a large team of chefs in many departments from Bar/Restaurant/Banqueting. Excellent organisation and communication skills.
